Yes, a hybrid approach like this could be interesting.

With respect to your question, once you have an email list with opt-in consent, it can be uploaded to a tool like Substack, Ghost, or Mailchimp. For example:

@thumpri This is very interesting. Do you know of any good way of finding out which email is worth how much?

Do you think something like a Profit Sharing Token can work here ? The basic idea would be that everytime someone views the article a very small fees is paid to someone who recommended him. In this way we can avoid an upfront large cost and spread it across time.
