Rotation not working with animated gif images #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try rotating animated gif
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After rotation i cant see the image blinking..Once i rotate i should see
image blinking at an certain angle

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Os is unix machine

Please provide any additional information below.
