New derivation path on Ledger nano S #402

Bug - Issue Description

I can't access my Ethereum addresses (<1 mo old) from Balance Manager. I only access empty addresses. I guess it's due to the new derivation path as they are now using at ledger with their Ledger Live. https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledger-live-desktop/issues/1185
