How do I switch indexer API request? #476

Issue Description

I was wondering how to setup a dev env for testnet. I found 1 hardcoded string for web3 instance which is easy to change, but I wasn't able to find where the request is constructed for https://indexer.balance.io/get_balances/mainnet/0x0039f22efb07a647557c7c5d17854cfd6d489ef3 I was hoping to setup the environment against some testnet to help balanceIo team with issues.

It seems to me it could have been set in /public/instance.js which is some bundled file.
