Added auto-changelog as dev dependency, added version script #483

This automates version bumps and changelog updates when you run yarn version. It re-generates the CHANGELOG.md file but keeps the same template (keepachangelog).

See auto-changelog for more details.

Hopefully this will help the versioning process, let me know what you think.
