Does this pull request close an issue? If so, which one? No transactions for Ethplorer wallets #549

What does this pull request do? What does it change? Adds transaction parsing (only ETH and only the last 50 transactions, tokens don't seem to work on ethplorer's api). Also adds cert validation for ethplorer and bittrex (tested both).
