Incorrect DAI balance in CDP #100

Created a CDP and drew 400 DAI, but the Balance interface shows debt of only 396 DAI. All other numbers are correct and match what I see in the Maker CDP Portal.

@ricburton I think this is the same calculation bug as the other ticket. Can you look at that and this one?
