Changes for swift5 #128

I specifically chose not to do this as it doesn't actually change any code and may prevent people from contributing til they upgrade Xcode. Going to hold off on this for a week or so or until we need some Swift 5 syntax.

I'm happy to switch to Swift 5 now, but unfortunately this needs to be re-run in Xcode against the updated develop branch. Probably best to start again from a fresh PR, as the process in Xcode should be very simple, easier than fixing the merge issues.
