Passing Chargeback Risk to Sellers #457

Hello Balanced!

I am interested in how we can pass the chargeback risk onto sellers automagically. Can someone write a tutorial on this? Specifically we have a marketplace where verified sellers will be responsible for the chargeback costs ($15) - and as we scale, we must have a way to automatically handle this.

This is entirely application level logic, so we shouldn't need to do anything here.

You would take the amount of the chargeback out of the seller's fees, and not pay them out the amount.
