Provide a way to delegate access #482

It would be awesome if there would be a way for marketplaces to delegate access to their account for other services. Something like oAuth or whatever so customers could grant permissions to service such as Snipcart with their Balanced account without having to give them their secret API key.

This would be important for any customer who's building a tool for other marketplaces.
