Extend (or provide the ability to extend) Card Hold Window From 7 days to 30 #548

It's pretty common in the wild to have access to CC Authorizations for 30 days. Charge-when-ship is a common e-commerce notion, and it's not always known if an item can ship during a 7-day window.

It would be nice to be given an opportunity to be opted in to a 30 day Card Hold window (if not provided as a default).

Thanks for the quality product, regardless.

Card holds are standardized to 7 days for all card types. Due to lack of interest in this feature, there are no near-future plans to re-evaluate this. Will revisit again if more interest is shown.
