As a part of the dashboard changes (balanced/balanced-dashboard#1085), we want to display the converted amount based on the user's input, like: screenshot 2014-05-12 10 05 00

https://github.com/balanced/forex is the idea, just like how Billy is a separate project

Yes, the JavaScript client is certainly back in now.
