Allow customizing the Verification deposit description #643

The docs said that the 2 small micro-deposits would say "Balanced verification" but they do not.

Instead it came through as the beginning part of our URL which isn't the most descriptive. It came through as WWW.MYWEBS VERIFI PAYOUTS when it would be great if we could change this first part (not necessarily the entire string) such as MY-WEBSITE VERIFI PAYOUTS to have a proper name that is more recognizable to the user.

@maseup this is based off of the domain_url property on the marketplace. you're correct, i do not think there is any value to prefixing it with the www portion of the domain, we'll look at removing that.
