Documents are not present in evidence modal after click select files #1472

I am using Safari, click Select files, and select whatever files

and it looks like they are not present in the documents list, however, drag and drop seems work

and click Submit, nothing happens

click submit and nothing happens, it looks like that's caused by service issue, I am looking into it

confirmed submit and nothing happens was caused by server side, but still, select files seems relative to dashboard instead of server
