"Pending" on dispute dashboard #1519

"pending" seems to refer to disputes that are new and/or have not been addressed. When I first saw pending, I assumed it meant: "the issue has been addressed by you, and we've passed on the info to the issuer...now wait for resolution". Would "NEW" or "OPEN" not be a better description?

New sounds good. I was thinking along the same lines as well.
