Consider splitting 'my marketplace' explicitly into "Account Statements" and "Settings" #1566

A few times a week someone comes into IRC complaining about not being able to find their api_key (this is a separate issue), but they also can never find the settings section. I know it seems nitpicky but it happens all the time. Seems like we'd solve a fair amount of pain by not nesting them.

+1 to this. I've had to talk two people through finding the settings page in the last couple weeks alone.
