Holds are shown twice in Customer's transaction view #1569

They are shown once independently, and once linked to the Debit. I'd prefer to see them only once.

This is an unintended side effect of https://github.com/kyungmin/balanced-dashboard/commit/d17d84117a3edf1ce0f39d9894339491313c5b58. Will fix this soon.
