Order Page should show charges and payouts on one page #1583

Currently I have to go between 2 tabs to see the history of the order

This was requested by a couple of customers, to have a split view, particularly for those that have many debits in an order. They wanted to clearly delineate information for their buyers versus their sellers.

Or we look at doing two tables, one for debits and one for credits, on a single page.
