Disputed debit not showing up on Customer page #1611

https://dashboard.balancedpayments.com/#/marketplaces/MP35BtXWqGuYEsv2RHH2CGtH/customers/CU3dFV85vDFxbXkBHY6x10xB has a dispute open, which means he must have at least one debit as well. There are no debits listed on the Customer page, however.

Querying the database directly indicates that there should be 22 Debits for this Customer.

Side question: This marketplace is actually creating Holds, which we are omitting to avoid confusions for most marketplaces. Should we somehow detect "manually created Holds" vs. "automatically created ones" and display the manually created Holds?

@kyungmin If that were possible, it would be super helpful. Marketplaces who do create Holds manually have complained about this in the past, I believe.

I don't think the API distinguishes them. The best way that I could think of for now is to see if they have provided meta.
