Currently we face problem matching debit to refund in CSV data. It would be very helpful to have DEBIT id in REFUND row.

+1, this makes sense to me. Same thing for Reversals -- they should link to the original Credit.

@msherry, good point, it applies to Reversal & Credit too.

Any plans to add it? If would be very useful!
