Add PyPI Pins to readme / Fix License #137

2 commits: 1) PyPI Pins give some useful information about the package: https://github.com/areski/balanced-python 2) The included license file was MIT https://github.com/balanced/balanced-python/blob/master/LICENSE but the setup.py was referring to BSD, I reckon that was a mistake, please review
