1.0.3 requires faraday < 0.9.0 which makes it incompatible with grape 0.8.0.

@p-han There is no balanced-ruby 1.0.3. The latest version of balanced-ruby (1.1.1) specifies faraday <= 0.9.0, >= 0.8.6
