Trouble to understand pricing model #207

Me and other person (technical and non technical) had a hard time on understanding the pricing model for refunds.

The refund costs nothing (=> 0)? So why repeating the information of giving the 1% back? With the "/ 1% back" I was able to conclude (confirmed by @steveklabnik on IRC) that, after a full refund of a payment, the marketplace will transfer payment_amount to the customer, but still pay the 30¢ for the initial processing.

Maybe this image could be changed to ease its understandment.

@dmdj03 Way better. And how about a shorter "(everything but the 30¢ is returned)"?

@dmdj03 Nice! @Irio It doesn't necessarily have to be shorter. It's nice that they clearly say the 1% is returned as well.
