@dmdj03 - is there value in showing that you can also refund an order from the same settlement?

+1 for covering refunds from the sweep account functionality. I'm guessing that's what you meant @mjallday I think we should also cover that a merchant has to be verified (underwritten) before a debit can be made on their behalf. Not sure if this point belongs here or on the compliance page.

I don't recall refunding an order from a Settlement being discussed in the bulk credits feature issue. Please move discussion for this over to that issue.

A few questions that aren't answered on this page:

• How do Orders interact with disputes? Can you payout to a merchant from an Order with a dispute on it?
• How do I move money into an Order from my marketplace bank account or marketplace escrow balance?

Some inconsistent use of Orders vs. orders:

• Orders (uppercase O) = the feature ("the Orders thingamajig allows you to...")
  • order = a single entry ("track an order")

Also, small detail: "use cases" sounds like silicon valley jargon. what about "Examples"?
