bnUSD -> USD value calculation #11

Instead of forcing bnUSD = $1 in the frontend, please change it to the below calculation

USD per sICX / bnUSD per sICX

USD per sICX: you already have this in the frontend of the stats page bnUSD per sICX: this is from the DEX contract
