Can we remove the bottom value from the y-axis to prevent it from clashing with the dates?

It seems to happen on most chart configurations, but this one has a good balance:

While we're here, let's also adjust the font size and colour for the y-axis values to keep them consistent with the x-axis.

I don't think we should remove the bottom value since on lower Y axis resolutions we could be removing one of three ticks, for example. But there is a padding now set for the Y axis, that should take care of the spacing issue.
