Update performance details calculation

The expenses section needs to be updated to reflect how fees are being handled.

Let's also rename from "expenses" to "distributions". I feel it more accurately reflects the ICX-burn component of things.

Let's add an ICX burned sub-category to the distributions section, while Network fee payout can remain the same (assets distributed to bBALN)

ICX Burning (not sure the best way to phrase it, since it will be assets used to burn ICX, not an exact amount of ICX burned)

• Display assets transferred from fee handler to the ICX-burner contract (cxdc30a0d3a1f131565c071272a20bc0b06fd4c17b)
• Possibly display the amount of ICX burned during that period somewhere as a tooltip or footnote, can also use the API on the ICX-burner contract to gather this data

Still undecided on the label for this entry (weighing up ICX Burn Fund vs Buy & burn ICX, but open to other suggestions). Also, do you think Earnings is still the best name for the overall section?

Will the income section capture income earmarked for the BSR? If so, we'll need to include an entry for that under distributions, as well.

@AntonAndell - another thought, how can we track the fees earned from HiYield? From the mintExcess? Is that tracked anywhere? Is it included in Loans fees? Stability fund fees?

getStabilityFundYieldFeesAccrued Can be used but is currently updated very seldomly since yield is very small. But the are also included in stability fund fees

It looks like we can ignore the BSR and HiYield here, so this is ready to implement now.
