APY Calculation for Borrowing #32

There is a large difference in APY for borrowing from the app to the stats page. Please calculate the stats page APY the same way as you do on the app APY for borrowing.

Please use bnUSD value of rewards and get the price of BALN/bnUSD from the DEX
