Patch: `ComposableStablePool` V5 #2530

Description

Composable Stable Pool V5 patch.

Bound invariant calculations.
Single flag for exempt / non-exempt tokens.

The base commit of this PR generates the build-info for the deployed CSP V4; this shall be double checked by the reviewers.

These changes should generate the exact same build info as the one generated in the private fork, where the patch was developed and reviewed already.
