Add protocol fees collected and treasury revenue data to Pool Analysis dashboard

As a follow-up task after having created the balancer.protocol_fee spell, we should start adding metrics related to revenue to our dashboards. The low hanging fruit would be the Pool Analysis, but other cases such as Balancer Overview
