[Feature request] Saving last settings #49

Currently every time Myo Mapper is launched the settings are reinitialized (ports, data sent), which it tricky because you need to remember what settings you had last time. I believe it's a feature request, but if that's a bug let me know!

Thanks for the FR. An initial version of this was planned to be implemented in Myo Mapper 3, but time constraints meant we had to cut it out. We will be working on this at some point in the future though as we understand how important it is
