I have two Vivint smart hub panels installed at my home, one controls the sensors and one controls the cameras, they are both under the same account but are considered different services. When I link my account to the plug in only one service links to homebridge. Any advice? Is this a known issue? I’m havnt been able to find any information on this topic.

On each of your panels create another user. Use HomeKit for the Name and then a different email and password on each of them. You will either have to make email accounts or if you use gmail just insert a period in the middle of your current email and it will still go to your mail email box. For example.... Abc123@gmail.com... say that is your main email.... make a user HomeKit on Panel 1.... send email invite to Abc.123@gmail.com.... that invite will go to your inbox and make a new password for it.... Then on Panel 2... Make a second user HomeKit ... send email invite to Abc1.23@gmail.com.... same thing... that invite will go to your main gmail inbox and make a new password for that one...... Now once that is all done you will need to put this Vivint Plugin on a child bridge so then you can make another child bridge which will allow you to add the 2 different "accounts" / "panels" Be sure to name your child bridges so you know which belongs to which panel.

Hope this helps. It is possible. It sounds harder than it really is.

@CaliberGSD, an even better trick with Gmail is to use the + sign after your email and before @gmail.com You could use abc123+vivint1@gmail.com for the first one and abc123+vivint2@gmail.com for the second. It makes it easier to keep track of them all than adding the dots. But both ways will work. See this link: https://gmail.googleblog.com/2008/03/2-hidden-ways-to-get-more-from-your.html
