Siri responds with "Sorry I wasn't able to do that" but does it anyway. #47

Not sure if this is an iOS 15 bug or a bug in the plugin. I upgraded my phone to iOS 15 yesterday. Now every time I try to issue a command to my alarm panel using Siri, she responds with "Sorry I wasn't able to do that", but the command still goes through. For example, if I say "Siri, set the panel to stay". The alarm panel will go into stay mode, but Siri will respond with "Sorry, I wasn't able to do that". I think she used to just say "Done", or something similar. Does anyone else have this issue after upgrading to iOS 15?

Closing this. After re-naming my "panel" to "security system" in the apple Home app, everything works fine. I guess the default name of "panel" has some issues.
