Add google colab functionality #37

Notebook containing initial installs that run end-to-end in Google Colab Links appended to README.md and offline notebooks

Thanks @liamchalcroft! Could you please clear the output cells in the Jupyter notebooks (Cell -> All outputs -> Clear, then press save). Otherwise your output will be committed to the repository.

My bad! Should be fixed now in the most recent commit.
