Under ubuntu14.04,lightning 4.0.2+ EDS Calendar Integration 0.4.1 cause Thunderbirder frozen #10

Os: ubuntu 14.04 64bit Thunderbirder: 38.2.0

Lightning and eds can be installed and run independently without any problem,but they can't work together no matter which one is installed firstly:when thunderbird is opened,blank screen is displayed,then frozen.

@ALuya - it looks like duplicate of #9. Try to uninstall evolution-ews.
