Brutefir3 disables Allo Piano 2.1 Crossover and options panel #307

The Allo Piano 2.1 has 2 TI PCM5142 DACs with built in PurePath DSP it uses as a subwoofer crossover (or as a dual stereo dac for lower noise). When the DSP Plugin is enabled the Piano crossover doesn't work and the options panel to enable it is disabled.
