[io board] Slotmaker signals are wired wrong (backward) #18

In the schematic, the SBUSx signals are backward. For example, SBUS0 connects to SBUS5 on the chip/socket.

Note, in Reb 3b, the signals were wired "correctly." Communication between slotmaker and mega-II is working well.

But may need to rev the slotmaker board to fix the DEVx problem.
