Merlin-8: Crashes when going into editor #35

Merlin 2.5.8 image loads on ProDOS 1.1.1. Disk catalog works. But if the "Editor" option is selected, after going to the editor screen, Merlin crashes into monitor.

Due to 80-col issue with VGC (#34), I am not positive of the address the monitor reports. But it seems like it is in the 0x2000 area.

Note: If using unenhanced IIe ROM, some characters on the menu screen are corrupted / incorrect.

Related to #43. Doing a quick fix allows Appleworks to work correctly.
