VGC rev1: Messed up M2SEL / 3.5DIK Headers #7

One of the headers was accidentally flipped before sending the boards to OSHpark.

The board is still, somewhat, usable with the use of a dremel.

The video board is temporary until we figure out an HDMI solution. Unfortunate mistake, but most of the board works fine.
