Update nodemailer and expose every option of createTransport

Only well-known services are permitted. With this change is possible to configure a private smtp server.

Added sent timestamp to testMode file output.

Any particular reason, why this option hasnt been merged yet? This is something which is really required!

This upgrades to nodemailer 1.3.4
Added a global option for creating a global method for sending mail
Added a transporter option to allow passing your own custom transporter directly to nodemailer.createTransport (but still supports the old way)
Changed template rendering to use the built in sails.hooks.views.render method to get the benefit of allowing other template engines
