404,500,403,home views and MetaController should use defaults #32

... but still work if only one part of the lot is replaced. Right now, replacing layout.ejs does nothing because the metacontroller isn't checking for the newest layout

Just disabled this in favor of the command line tool creating these pieces on the fly. Maybe not the most elegant method, but effective.
