Add docs for custom automatic timestamp attributes #60

This documentation goes with this pullrequest waterline/#946 that allows users to specify custom attribute names for the automatic timestamps createdAt and updatedAt.

Looks like we want to to re-submit these simple changes in a new PR.

https://github.com/balderdashy/waterline/pull/1090 looks like it's about to be merged. @dmarcelino maybe we should make a 0.11 branch in waterline-docs too?

Yes, I agree, a new 0.11 branch would allows us to merge documentation for new changes without confusing current 0.10 users.
