Create page about Adapters #62

Since I've created sails-orientdb I badly missed a comprehensive document about creating custom adapters. I believe I managed to capture all existing references in adapters.md, let me know if you are aware of any other resources I missed.

This is a first draft and all feedback is welcomed, please review and give your suggestions!
