What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select a PDF with color
2. convert all pages

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Generated PDF files should have color but are in grayscale

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.42

Version 0.43 now supports color pdf output. It usually increases the pdf file 
size, so I made it optional. (Edit config.lua find "color_depth=8" and replace 
"color_depth=24" to enable color output.)
