VTL comments require ## #7

Apologies if this is outside the scope of this plugin... With ⌘ / the comments produced are html: <!-- VTL files seem to require different comment styles of either ## for single line or #* for multiline.

Seems like a simple fix, but i'm just learning coffee script.

Hi Brad,

I don't work at Kayak or with Velocity templates any more so I'm not likely to invest any effort to update this. If someone wants to submit a pull request to fix it, I'll be glad to merge it.

@pizzimenti I assume this is defined by the editor.commentStart setting. Take a look here: https://github.com/atom/language-java/blob/master/settings/language-java.cson#L3
