Expand "bluetooth scripts" functionality in sound 3.0 #282

balenaSound 2.x allowed you to run scripts based on BT lifecycle events. This is currently not implemented in 3.x, we should expand it to cover more than bluetooth events.

One use case is to turn on/off power amplifiers, see attached support thread.

Is this feature still on the roadmap? Any help I could provide to implement it? I would like to have the exactly use case described above: turn on/off power amplifiers.
