C13 & C14 connectors should be shifted 5mm away from the relay board #10

In v1.1.0 the C13 and C14 connectors should be shifted further away from the relay board to improve the angle at which cables are routed into the relay board. Currently it is too steep and causes the cables to bend at 90 degrees.
