Please document build process #88

Please document, how the base image can be build. Also please document, why the repo still contains "resin" in its name. It's very confusing.

@rmoriz, you can run bash automation/jenkins-build.sh to build the base images, please update the repo name in that script since it will automatically build, tag and deploy to the specified repo.

We will update the proper build process later.
