Fixes #20

This PR contains:

eval & eval_with_engine helper functions
Identifier methods signature change (removed mut) & pop method added
Fixed lookup - it's an error if the result is an object with $$eval keyword

There's probably nothing more to implement now. I'll write better readme (separate PR) and remaining issues are on hold.
