Remove repo config from flowzone.yml #441

This functionality is being deprecated in Flowzone.

@dfunckt @aethernet just FYI, in case you care - this doesn't appear to build anymore + tons of update PRs queued up..

It just needs Python 3.11 or newer NPM (ask me how I know... :)
